This is Jenelle from Teen Mom 2. And yes, she is being dumb.
Fixed the tag. Not sure where I got Kristen Stewart from, but IMHO, not being able to differentiate between the “star” of Teen-Mom 2 and the girl from all the Twilight movies makes me far from dumb. It just means I don’t watch shitty TV and/or movies.
